Summer is my favorite season of the year for so many reasons! To me sunshine = happiness (maybe because I live in rainy Seattle). I love exercising outdoors in the summer, playing soccer in the sunshine and most of all- the fresh berries that come into season that are perfect for smoothies!
Whipping up a smoothie with fresh berries is the perfect refreshing drink and add in a couple scoops of protein powder and you’ve got fuel for your post- workout recovery.
