Today I’m sharing 8 of my favorite short workouts from Fitness Blender— all are right around 10 minutes (okay, I may have snuck in a couple a bit longer!), target different areas of the body and require no extra equipment! I also love to use these to warm-up for a longer workout, grab an afternoon energy boost or do a few throughout a particularly crazy day.
