Last week on a sparkling day of Seattle sunshine I was filled with joy that my favorite season had begun and that my 2015 Move Nourish Believe (MNB) Diary by Lorna Jane Active had finally arrived at my doorstop.
Being a soccer player, staying active and eating healthy are a huge part of my life and personal philosophy. Keeping a positive outlook while trying to balance everything with a toddler running around is an absolute necessity. Lorna Jane Clarkson, founder of Lorna Jane Active, lives by a similar philosophy. The diary looked like a great way to stay inspired while writing down and organizing my workout goals and meal plans. I had been eagerly anticipating its arrival and wondering how the Move, Nourish, Believe philosophy would be woven throughout.
I was not disappointed.
The 214 page book (really a planner, journal and book all in one) is beautifully bound in a blue hard cloth cover and filled throughout with inspiration- positive mantras, goal setting guidance, gorgeous photography, seasonal clean eating recipes and reminders to take time out for yourself.
The layout includes both a monthly and weekly calendar view which is perfect for setting yearly goals, daily intentions, planning weekly workouts & meals. Each month features a surprise like Get Moving challenges (March features a KILLER month long arms program!), natural DIY pampering recipes and exercises in mindfulness to help you feel good and embrace a healthy lifestyle.
The Move, Nourish, Believe Diary is a beautiful way to start the day with a positive outlook, reminders to take time out for yourself and live in the moment when life gets chaotic (as it tends to do when you have kids!) It is a refreshing take on the typical planner and perfect for writing down your goals and mapping out your week!
